Technology
Pressure die casting
In pressure die casting, transformer steel is heated to a high temperature and then pressed into a metal mold. This creates the core of the transformer with the desired shape and dimensions. The transformer core is made of transformer steel, which has high magnetic permeability. This property allows the transformer core to easily transmit the magnetic field.
Winding
During the winding process, copper wire is wound around the transformer core with high precision. The winding steps are determined by the design of the transformer. Advantages include: high accuracy, repeatability of production, and lower material consumption.
Testing and Calibration
Testing of transformers is conducted in several stages of the production process. In the initial phase, visual inspections are carried out. In the next phase, electrical tests are performed to ensure that the transformers have the correct values of voltage, current, and losses. During calibration, the rated values of voltage and current are marked on the transformers.
