Technology
Pressure casting
Most epoxy parts and sensors are cast using the pressure casting process. In this process, the mold is heated to 140°C and the epoxy is forced into the mold at a pressure of up to 5 bar. The advantage of pressure casting is the high production speed and easy operation of the machines.
Winding
The secondary winding of current transformers is wound on programmable toroidal winding machines from RUFF GmbH & Co. The primary and secondary winding of voltage transformers is carried out on automatic and semi-automatic winding machines, which are capable of winding multiple coils simultaneously. The advantages of these machines are high winding accuracy, high capacity and connection to the company server.
Control and Laboratory
At the very beginning of production, we carry out 100% inspection of the input material. During production, we check the important parameters of all semi-finished transformers and sensors. Piece tests on 100% of our products are carried out in our laboratory equipped with the most modern equipment from HighVolt, Tettex and Omikron. Our laboratory includes an independent metrological center for official verification of the accuracy class of current and voltage transformers.
